My Story: Betting On Myself
At 19 years old, in the middle of a global pandemic, I took the biggest leap of my life.
Covid-19 changed everything, but it also gave me the push I didn’t know I needed.
I tried other jobs — some good, some not so good — but no matter where I went, my heart always knew where it truly belonged.
I couldn’t wait any longer. I had to build the life I dreamed of.
With no perfect roadmap and no guarantees, I bet on myself.
I taught myself branding, storytelling, and community building and much more. Piece by piece, mistake by mistake, late night after late night.
I lost people. I found myself.
And slowly, Lori Haus of Designs was born — built on passion, resilience, and a love for helping others bring their dreams to life.
Today, every brand I create is a reminder:
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to believe that what’s inside of you is bigger than your fears.
